Soft, warm and wonderfully versatile, the Eleganza 8wt Solid Perle Cotton Ball – Cream is a timeless neutral that's perfect for a wide range of hand-stitching projects. Made from 100% long-staple Egyptian cotton, this premium 2-ply perle cotton is double-gassed and mercerised to produce a beautifully smooth, low-lint thread with a soft lustre and exceptional stitch definition.
Its firm, tight twist helps every stitch sit neatly, making it ideal for embroidery, sashiko-inspired stitching, wool appliqué, hand quilting, visible mending, decorative embellishment, and other creative needlework. Each convenient 5g ball contains approximately 42 yards (38 metres) of premium thread, making it perfect for smaller projects or adding complementary colours to your thread collection.
The classic Cream shade offers a gentle alternative to bright white, blending beautifully with both traditional and contemporary colour palettes. It's ideal for creating subtle highlights, delicate embroidery, and elegant decorative stitching.
