Everything Fabric Returns & Refunds Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan, and we’re here to help make it right.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is the result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
Please note: Due to copyright laws, we are unable to accept returns on patterns and books, so we kindly ask that you choose these items carefully.
Refund Timeframes
You can expect your refund within approximately 7 days after returning your item, although in many cases this may be sooner.
This timeframe typically includes:
- Transit time for the return to reach us (5–10 business days)
- Processing time once received (3–5 business days)
- Bank processing time (5–10 business days)
How to Return an Item
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We’ll respond promptly with clear instructions to help you through the process.
If preferred, you can also call us on 0419 145 604 if a product does not meet your expectations. We can arrange a return eParcel label and email it to you if required.
