Shipping Information

We know how exciting it is to receive your fabric and sewing goodies, and we always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

All in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Where possible, orders placed before 12:00pm AEST may be dispatched the same day.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Please note that Express Post does not guarantee overnight delivery to all locations. As we are located in Sarina, which is not classified as a major city, express delivery may take longer than overnight. We recommend checking Australia Post’s estimated delivery times for your area.

Shipping Costs & Tracking

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly, as this is how your tracking information will be delivered.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s network. While we always aim for prompt dispatch, occasional delays may occur during busy periods, sales, supplier delays, weather events, or carrier disruptions.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided with the order.

Delayed, Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help you follow it up.

Backorders & Delayed Items

If your order includes a backordered or delayed item, we may hold the order until all items are ready to ship, unless other arrangements have been made.
