Unbleached Permanent Press Muslin, 45 inch

Big ideas often begin with a simple piece of fabric.

Meet one of the quiet little helpers of the sewing room: ROC-LON Unbleached Permanent Press Muslin. Its natural off-white colour gives you a lovely neutral starting point, whether you’re planning a quilt, trying a new garment pattern or gathering supplies for your next creative afternoon.

Made from 100% cotton with a smooth, even weave, this versatile muslin is useful for quilt backings, hand embroidery, craft projects and garment toiles—the practice version that lets you check a pattern’s fit before cutting into your chosen fabric.

Picture colourful stitches against that soft natural background, a simple handmade bag, or the backing for a quilt you’ve been looking forward to finishing. It’s the kind of useful fabric that earns its place in your stash by giving you plenty of ways to make something your own.

The permanent press finish helps reduce creasing, and the fabric is preshrunk for easier handling. Enjoy its understated colour on its own or pair it with your favourite prints.
