Remove the marks with an iron, following the manufacturer's instructions and your fabric's pressing limits. Test both marking and heat removal on a scrap first: Hancy notes that a small number of fabrics may retain a permanent shadow. The pencil does not transfer designs through the mesh of Full Line Stencils.
