Beautifully soft, with a little padding rather than a bulky finish. Parlan is a lightweight, non-woven fusible wadding for the projects you want to feel gentle and flexible.

Think of a lightweight baby quilt, a table topper that lies thinly on the table, a softly padded runner, or a little extra support behind your handwork. It is also useful for wall hangings, fabric baskets and bags when you want light padding rather than a firm structure. Choose a pattern and construction method suited to fusible wadding.

Softness with an iron-on finish

Parlan is fusible on one side, with a dot-adhesive surface to bond to your fabric. The other side stays soft and unfused. Test on a small scrap first and follow the fusing instructions supplied with the product, using a setting suitable for your fabric.

Ordering & care

Sold by the metre. Quantity 1 is one metre long at the full 100 cm width. Multiple metres are supplied as one continuous length wherever possible.

Gentle machine wash. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Warm iron. Dry cleanable (P). Check your outer fabric and project instructions as well when planning laundering.
