Locker Needle Hook for Hook Rugs

Turn a few fabric strips into a lovely textured make with a locker hook. The hook pulls loops through your backing, and the needle end carries the locking thread through those loops to hold them in place.

Start with a coaster or small mat to enjoy the technique, then explore a rug or cushion front. It is a satisfying way to give treasured scraps a new life in something useful.
