Holiday Houndstooth Lap Quilt Pattern

Give a classic houndstooth look a handmade twist with this lap quilt pattern. Starting with six half-yard cuts—three fabrics in each of two colourways—you piece strip sets, cut triangles and combine them with squares to build the design.

Choose festive colours for a seasonal quilt, or a favourite pair of palettes for a lap quilt to enjoy throughout the year. The contrast between the two colourways is a lovely way to make the houndstooth pattern stand out.

Required ruler: Creative Grids House Ruler CGRQB1, purchased separately. Pattern only.
