Aurifil Cotton Mako 50wt 200m is a fine, smooth quilting and sewing thread made in Italy from 100% long-staple Egyptian cotton.

Aurifil 50wt is especially popular for precision patchwork because its fine diameter creates flat, accurate seams with very little bulk. It is also an excellent choice for machine quilting, appliqué, English paper piecing, hand piecing and general sewing.
